Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our optical products. To ensure your satisfaction with our products and services, we have developed the following refund policy.


1. Refund Scope

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days after the receiving your items, and requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Returns are limited to new, unused, and undamaged products sold by our website.

Returns will not be accepted for the following situations:
a. Products that are damaged or used;
b. Products that are not sold by our website;
c. Unauthorized resale or transfer;
d. Other situations that do not meet our refund policy.
e. Customized products which are the same quality as the prenatal samples confirmed with the customer.

2. Refund Process

To start a return, you can contact us at service@lcdpartscn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After receiving your return request, we will review it promptly. If your request is approved, you will receive a return code.
Please package the product intact and send it to the return address provided by us in accordance with the return code. Please ensure that the return code is clearly marked during mailing.

After receiving the return, we will inspect the product. If it meets the return requirements, you will receive a refund.

3. Refund Notes

Please ensure that the returned product is intact, unused, and includes all necessary supporting documents such as packaging and accessories. If any of these are missing or damaged, we may refuse the refund or deduct corresponding fees.

The returned product should be shipped back to us using the address and method provided by us. The shipping costs are to be borne by you. If the product is damaged or lost due to your chosen courier or shipping method, we are not responsible for it.
Please process your return promptly once your return request is approved. If the product is damaged or lost due to your delayed shipment, we are not responsible for it.

If there is a delay in processing your return due to reasons attributable to us, please contact us promptly for processing.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us atservice@lcdpartscn.com which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
