Diffusion Film is an optical sheet used inside LCD backlight modules to evenly distribute light and eliminate hot spots. It improves brightness uniformity and display quality in televisions, monitors, laptops, automotive displays, and industrial LCD panels.

A: It sits above the light guide plate and spreads the light evenly across the screen, eliminating LED hot spots and bright dots. A damaged, yellowed or missing diffuser causes visible bright spots and uneven brightness.

Q: What thickness should I choose?
A: 0.125 mm is typical for notebooks and tablets, 0.188 mm for monitors, and 0.25 mm for TVs and large industrial displays. The thickness must match the original stack — send us your panel model and we will confirm.

Q: What is the transmittance of your diffuser film?
A: Our optical-grade PET diffuser films offer ≥75±5% transmittance with high haze for uniform light distribution, suitable for both repair and production use.

Q: Can you cut the film to my required size?
A: Yes. We cut to any size for laptops, monitors, TVs and industrial panels. Rolls are also available for production lines.

Q: How should I identify the correct diffuser for my panel?
A: Send the panel model number from the label on the back of the screen, plus the panel size and a photo of the original film stack if available. We will match the specification within 24 hours.

Q: How are the films packed for shipping?
A: Sheets are protected with PE film on both sides and packed flat between rigid boards; rolls are shipped in reinforced tubes. Both are designed to prevent scratching and creasing in international transit.
