OCA Optical Clear Adhesive for Screen Lamination & Repair

OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) is the key bonding material used to laminate touch panels, cover glass and displays together. A good OCA film must deliver crystal-clear transparency, strong adhesion and zero bubbles — especially for capacitive touch screen repair, where a poor lamination means touch failure or visible defects.

We supply optical-grade, substrate-free acrylic OCA film with ≥99% light transmittance and haze below 0.2%, stable performance from -40°C to 85°C:

- **Thickness range:** 25 µm – 250 µm, six standard options
- **Formats:** pre-cut sheets (250×300 mm, 300×400 mm, 400×500 mm) and 250 mm × 50 m rolls for automatic lamination machines
- **Touch types:** grades for both resistive and capacitive touch screens
- **Applications:** mobile phone screen repair, tablet and monitor lamination, industrial and rugged displays, mass-production bonding lines

Every batch is tested for transmittance, adhesion strength and bubble resistance before shipment. Custom dimensions and die-cut shapes are available on request.

Wholesale pricing for repair shops, lamination factories and distributors — MOQ starts from one carton per thickness. Ships worldwide via DHL/FedEx in 3–7 days. Send us your required thickness and format for a quotation within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which OCA thickness should I choose for phone screen repair?
A: 100 µm is the most common choice for mobile phone capacitive screens. For tablets and monitors, 175–200 µm is typical; 250 µm suits thick or rugged glass.

Q: What is the difference between sheet and roll OCA?
A: Sheets are pre-cut for manual or small-batch lamination in repair shops. Rolls are designed for automatic lamination machines in mass production.

Q: How should OCA film be stored?
A: Keep it in a cool, dry, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight. Recommended storage is 15–25°C with 40–60% humidity. Use within 12 months.

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, small-size samples are free — you only cover the shipping cost. We recommend testing before bulk orders.
