tape
We can provide and customize various types of tapes for a wide range of applications.
Double-sided Tape:
It is commonly used in the manufacturing process of electronic products, such as fixing battery packs, securing LCD screens, and adhering keyboards.
Conductive Tape:
Featuring conductive properties, conductive tape can be used to connect circuits or reduce electromagnetic interference. It typically consists of a conductive material layer and an adhesive tape material layer, and can simply be attached to areas where conductivity is required.
PI Tape (Polyimide Tape):
PI tape, made of flexible and bendable material, is often used to enhance the thickness of the red gold finger area for easier insertion and removal. It possesses properties such as high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, water washability, electrical insulation (H-grade), and electromagnetic radiation protection. It is suitable for applications like masking tin in the wave soldering process of electronic circuit boards, protecting red gold fingers, insulating high-end electrical appliances and motor insulation layers, as well as fixing positive and negative terminals of lithium batteries.
Other Types of Tape:
Tapes like Mylar tape, gold finger tape, green tape, patterned tape, and PET tape are widely used in the electronics manufacturing industry, each with its own unique properties and applications. For example, Mylar tape is commonly used for fixing and protecting circuit boards, while gold finger tape is specifically designed to protect the gold finger area.
High-temperature Tape:
High-temperature tape is suitable for fixing and protecting electronic components in high-temperature environments. For instance, transparent high-temperature tape is utilized in the shoe and leather industries, as well as in applications such as membrane switches, electronics, and circuit boards, due to its persistent adhesive force, high tensile strength, water and steam resistance, UV protection, and aging resistance.
